What centres ask us
What does it mean to digitise a diagnostic centre?
Every step that used to be on paper becomes a screen: registration, sample collection, test machines, the doctor's review, one complete report, WhatsApp delivery and the GST bill. Each patient has a single digital record, so nobody types the same thing twice.
What makes Vitalix different from a paper-based medical camp?
Paper camps depend on clipboards and printouts that take weeks to reach workers. Vitalix splits the camp into fast digital desks (vitals, eyes, hearing, ECG, X-ray, doctor and more, as many as your centre uses), the doctor reviews on site, and every person can receive their signed PDF report on WhatsApp the same day.
Do camp staff need special training?
No. The forms use everyday terms — height, weight, blood pressure, eyes, hearing — with big touch-friendly inputs and instant BMI and BP flags. It runs in Chrome, Safari or Edge.
Does it work on phones and tablets at remote factory sites?
Yes. Every desk works well on touchscreens, so laptops, iPads and Android phones all work, even on a mobile hotspot.
Does it generate Form 7 fitness certificates?
Yes. Upload your client's Form 7 as an Excel template and Vitalix fills it in for every employee from the recorded vitals, findings and the doctor's fitness declaration.
How does WhatsApp report delivery work?
Once a report is finalised you can send reports one by one or send a whole camp at once. Each person gets a message with their PDF report attached. Reports that are not finalised yet are never sent.
Can we import our client's Excel list before the camp?
Yes. Drag in the staff list and Vitalix picks up employee ID, name, age, gender, department and mobile number, even from sheets with several tabs, and flags duplicate IDs instead of importing them twice.
What happens when a test result is missing?
It is shown as "Not recorded" on the report and listed in the summary when you prepare reports. Vitalix never fills gaps with normal-looking values.
